Situated along the shores of Lake Merritt, Adam’s Point is an urban mix of condominium and apartment buildings, and single family homes. Adam’s Point residents enjoy the commercial corridors along Grand and Lake Shore Avenues, as well as the large Saturday Farmer’s Market that includes over 40 local farmers, 30 specialty food purveyors, and a handful of local artisans.
A very lively urban neighborhood, Adam’s Point is separated from the similar Rose Garden by Rte 580. Mildly hilly the neighborhood sees a fair amount of foot traffic. Residents often use Lake Merritt for recreation. The area has a wide variety of restaurants. The Grand Lake theater is the local movie house. Just about anything one needs can be found within a one mile radius.
