Lincoln Heights is a quaint and historic neighborhood that dates back to the early 20th century. Originally developed as a residential area, it has maintained its residential charm while evolving into a diverse community.
 
Most of the housing here is vintage single-family homes, along tree-lined streets. The neighborhood enjoys proximity to local parks, schools, and community centers. It also benefits from easy access to highways and public transportation, facilitating commutes throughout the Bay Area.
 
Like Oakmore and Upper Dimond, the neighborhood lies just below Route 13. It easily accesses shopping on Park Avenue and Fruitvale Avenue.
