I am super excited to be sharing two neighborhood guides. One for Oakland and one for Alameda. These booklets exist in both digital and physical form, and can help you find just the right place for you to call home.
It has been a labor of love getting each neighborhood mapped and a useful description drafted that gives the home buyer a sense of each neighborhood. Without getting too wordy, I offer you a little history, type of housing, and the neighborhood vibe. You can follow a QR code to a page on my website dedicated to that neighborhood, where I add updates, restaurant recommendations, events, and highlights of the neighborhood.
I always tell my clients that if they tell me what they like to do in their free time, where they work, and a little about their families, I can help them find the right spot on the spot.
