Finding the Right Neighborhood for You!

I have a present for you. One of several, in fact. I am going through the neighborhoods in the East Bay to help you in your housing search. The first Neighborhood Guide just came out for Alameda. Oakland and Berkeley are coming in the next month. Others will follow for Richmond, Albany, El Cerrito, San Leandro, etc. Ultimately, all the cities and neighborhoods of the Inner East Bay (the more urban section) will be bound into a book to give you an overview.

Of course, we will still visit the neighborhood,s but this will allow you to do that first paring down, and focus your housing search. And what is in the neighborhood guide?
